Rotab Bam's very soft texture makes puree easy for babies from 6 months:

1. Take 1–2 Rotab Bam, making sure the pit is fully removed.
2. Briefly soak in warm boiled water to soften further.
3. Mash with a fork or blender, then strain to ensure no coarse fibers.
4. Mix a little into porridge or fruit puree as a natural sweetener with no added sugar.

Cold-Chain Handling
